Job Description

You will be working in a small team of developers, working on projects from short lifecycle, small websites through to large, long-term, business critical applications.

We're proud of the quality of the work we produce - and the level of service we give to our clients. That's why they're happy for us to build systems which run their businesses, and advise them how we should do it, too! Our clients range from small businesses through to large PLCs and government bodies.

You will be involved in all phases of development - from initial planning through to final launch and any post-launch bug fixes that may be required. Any opinions and suggestions you may have along the way will be taken on board and may be added to the project.

Required Skills:

You'll need to be able to analyse customer requirements and turn them into a workable database model and software design. You'll need to be able to take a step back from your software and look at it from a client's point of view.

You should be able to communicate complicated issues with non-technical members of the team. You will need to be comfortable talking with clients as this may, on occasion, be required.
